Víctor Manuel Báez Chino fue hallado muerto la madrugada de este jueves en Xalapa, Veracruz.
Journalist Victor Manuel Baez Chino, was found dead this morning in the center of the capital of Veracruz. The murder of Chino brings the total of nine journalists killed since 2010.
According to initial reports, the journalist's Portal Xalapa Millennium, a member of the Millennium Group , Chino was abducted yesterday around 23:30.
The body of the reporter was found early today in Ursulo Galvan Street, near the base of Xalapa.
The local and federal authorities assume the case is an act of organized crime.
Chino Baez was a member of the editorial board http://www.reporterospoliciacos.mx/

In May 2008, the deceased filed a formal complaint to the former prosecutor for Journalists and Communicators.
