Paul Knapman adjourned an inquiry into the 31-year-old's death as Scotland Yard detectives wait for the results of a fresh round of forensic tests.
Counter-terrorism officers have interviewed ''in the region of 40'' of the expert codebreaker's colleagues at MI6 and GCHQ, Westminster Coroner's Court heard.
They have been passing on their findings to a team of investigators from the force's Homicide and Serious Crime Command who are responsible for the inquiry.
The inquest heard that some or all of them could give evidence about Mr Williams, whose naked and decomposing body was found in a bag in the bath of his Pimlico flat last August.
Detective Chief Inspector Jackie Sebire admitted the likelihood of tracing a Mediterranean couple seen at Mr Williams's home weeks before his death is diminishing.

She said it is ''very unusual'' for two teams of officers to be working on a suspicious death inquiry, but said the victim's secretive occupation was the reason.

Speaking about forensic tests, she added: ''We have done a phased submission of tests to the laboratory. We are still waiting for some outstanding tests that went out before Christmas.''

After a 10-minute hearing, Dr Knapman adjourned the inquest until Thursday March 31, but said it is not known whether it will go ahead then.

Dr Knapman said he had read a report summarising the forensic tests written by a police expert but added "it is a matter of some regret" that the inquest cannot go ahead.

He said the Mediterranean couple have not come forward, there are no new clues and it appears to be "less and less likely that something will happen".

The coroner added: "The fact you must face is that in six months or so they have not come forward, this couple, have they?"

Mrs Sebire replied: "That is correct, sir."

The senior detective added that a "raft" of forensic tests have taken place and she is still waiting for the results of some submitted six months ago and more recently.

Mrs Sebire said her team is dealing with the dead man's private life, forensic tests and other inquiries while counter-terrorism officers are responsible for liaising with spy agencies.

She said she has regular meetings with her counterpart, passes instructions to him on who should be interviewed and could arrange to see a potential witness if necessary.

Dr Knapman said Mr Williams' family expect a "thorough inquest" and was told they have "no problem whatsoever" with his colleagues being granted anonymity.

The pre-inquest hearing was told they were invited to attend today but did not come. They have appointed a solicitor to represent them.

Mr Williams, of Anglesey, North Wales, was found in a large North Face holdall, sealed by a padlock, at his top-floor flat in Alderney Street on August 23.

The mysterious discovery sparked a painstaking Scotland Yard investigation, worldwide media frenzy, and several outlandish conspiracy theories.

A battery of post-mortem tests have so far failed to determine how he died and police found it would have been impossible for him to have locked himself inside.

No evidence of drugs, alcohol or poisons have been found but police said anyone zipped inside the bag would have quickly found the temperature unbearable and suffocated within 30 minutes.

Investigators believe the fitness and fashion enthusiast probably died accidentally at the hands of a mystery bondage sex partner he may have met on London's gay scene.

They found he enjoyed going to drag cabaret shows, had £15,000-worth of unworn women's designer clothing in a wardrobe, and had visited bondage websites.

Police have released e-fit images of a young, casually-dressed Mediterranean couple who a neighbour buzzed through the communal doors of Mr Williams's block in June or July.

Mr Williams was a mathematics prodigy who worked as a cipher and codes expert for GCHQ, the Government listening station, but had been on secondment to MI6.

#Deniergate #Heartland Funded By Fossil Fuel Interests To Work AGAINST Public Interest

#DenierGate : #Heartland Registered As A Non Profit Organization - is the funneling point for huge sums of money which go directly into efforts to create doubts about man’s impact on global climate.

#DenierGate : Seedy #Heartland Institute Exposed....On How It Works To Undermine Climate Science

#DenierGate : #Heartland Lashes Out As Scandal Breaks

The past few days haven’t been very pleasant for the faux think tank Heartland Institute. On Tuesday a source going by the name of “Heartland Insider” leaked several strategy documents and Heartland’s 2012 budget to the DeSmogBlog.
A leading mouthpiece for climate denial and the fossil fuel industry, the right-wing lobbying group now finds itself at the mercy of their own tactics, with the sadly humorous twist (though not unexpected) that the irony of their situation is totally lost on the witless organization. Heartland was a proud supporter of “climategate,” in which thousands of private emails from climate scientists were hacked and misrepresented to the press, but now cry foul when their own policy adjectives are exposed for the world to see.
Among the items exposed in the leaked documents is a proposal for the Heartland Institute to pay climate skeptic David Wojick to develop a climate science curriculum for K-12 schoolchildren “that shows that the topic of climate change is controversial and uncertain.” The $100,000 budget proposed for the  project would be funded primarily by one person referred to in the document as the “Anonymous Donor.”

#DenierGate : #Heartland - Whistleblower from the US anti-climate change think tank the Heartland Institute has apparently revealed the organisation’s funding and strategy plans, in what is already being referred to as “denier-gate”.

#DenierGate Scandal : #Guardian - #BBC Had No Interest In Checking Their Facts!

Deniergate started when someone released a number of documents of which some appear to be genuine Heartland Documents and one clearly isn’t (and there’s no way a professional organisation would produce something like that).

Like climategate there has been a scandal, there may even have been some law breaking (but what was the release of the UEA emails?) But the real scandal is that so many journalists from the Guardian to the Black Propaganda at the BBC were ready and willing to print this story without checking the facts.

Black even went as far as to overtly attempt to stir this up into a “deniergate” – attempting to suggest that the “deniers” had been shown to have been denying, etc. Nothing could be further from the truth. If anything these documents show a rather modest lobby organisation, which has major interests in lobbying for tobacco, and quite small interests lobbying against global warming WITH NO APPARENT OIL more

#DenierGate And The Leaked Documents

The surprising thing is that people are surprised.

It has long been suspected that organisation's such as the Heartland Institute are funded by vested interests and tasked with promoting climate scepticism through any and all means, fair and foul. And yet the leaked documents that appear to lay bare the inner workings of the self-styled free market think tank retain the capacity to shock.

The Heartland Institute has dodged the opportunity to deny the authenticity of the documents, allowing green campaigners to declare open season on an influential organisation that has long been the mother ship for a lot of climate sceptic thinking around the globe. (Update: The Heartland Institute later issued a statement insisting that one of the documents was a fake and the others may have been tampered with. However, the DeSmog Blog countered that several of the projects mentioned in the contested climate strategy document also appear in the think tank's budget documents.) more

#DenierGate : Peter Glerick - Deliberate Fakes Created by Alarmists - Trend is Undeniable

There has been another ecofascist hoax on the blogsphere. Someone nominally unknown but stylistically identified as Peter Gleick, who is currently declining to deny it. Andrew Montford reports..

What happened is that a faked paper was released together with a number of stolen genuine ones. The faked one was written in the subtle manner used in the Protocols of the Elders of Zion fraud.

Anthony Watts points out
Key sentences are rather clumsily written and some make no sense. This contrasts with purposeful language in the other documents. This one sentence in particular has gotten a lot of attention:
"His effort will focus on providing curriculum that shows that the topic of climate change is controversial and uncertain – two key points that are effective at dissuading teachers from teaching science."

I can’t imagine pitching “…dissuading teachers from teaching science.” to a board of directors at a meeting. It is a sure recipe for a public relations nightmare.
Clumsily written and makes no sense does point to a Green agenda. They might as well have quoted them as saying "Heh, heh this is how we Jews/Sarah Palin/scientific sceptics will run our secret plan to take over the world/abolish black people/take over the world will run.

Some years ago I was one of only 4 bloggers worldwide who were, for a few hours, taken in by a similar fraud fronted by a Guardian journalist David Thorpe, though it subsequently became clear he hadn't read it. Who, in the ecofascist movement a minor Guardian apparatchik might take orders from remains a mystery to me and to George more

Lucky #Lucan The OFFICIAL Story - Scotland Yard Sworn To Secrecy

Here is the Scotland Yard Official story given to the media. The truth however and what caused Lucan to fly into such a rage had nothing to do with money, gambling or debts.

Lucan and what he witnessed,  not even forum myth, the secret so well guarded that ONLY a few knew among their circle of very close friends, everyone that is but Lucky himself and if Lady Lucan had not laughed at him maybe Sandra Rivett would still be alive but she did laugh and laughed and laughed, it was more than Lucky could bear !

The Offical Story To Silence Wagging Tongues

Something was amiss on the evening of Thursday, November 7, 1974, at the imposing, six-story brick house at 46 Lower Belgrave Street, one of London’s most fashionable neighborhoods. At about 8:55 p.m., 29-year-old nanny Sandra Rivett went downstairs to the basement kitchen to make some tea for her employer, Countess Veronica Lucan, wife of the Seventh Earl of Lucan. About 15 minutes later when Sandra had not returned, Lady Lucan became concerned. She left her three children upstairs and went down to the main level to look for Sandra.

The six stories of the house included a basement, where the breakfast room and kitchen were located. The ground floor held the dining and living areas of the house, as well as a cloakroom. Above the main level were four more upper floors with various other rooms, most of which were bedrooms.

While on the main floor, Lady Lucan noticed that the basement light was not on. When she tried the light switch, it did not work. Lady Lucan then called Sandra’s name. There was no reply.

Lady Lucan walked toward the cloakroom on the main floor, believing that the faint noises she heard coming from the small room were probably Sandra’s. Suddenly, she was brutally attacked and bludgeoned repeatedly on the head by a heavy object. When she screamed, a forceful voice commanded her to shut up.

Lady Lucan, barely 5 feet 2 and 100 pounds, struggled fiercely with the large menacing figure. Before she could make sense of what was happening, the attacker forced three gloved fingers down her throat. Then he tried to strangle her and gouge out one of her eyes, but the countess was not a woman easily defeated. She grabbed the man’s testicles and squeezed them, temporarily incapacitating her attacker and making possible her eventual escape. The events that followed have created a mystery that spanned almost three decades and resulted in the disappearance of one of Britain’s most famous royal figures.

“Murder, murder! I think my neck has been broken! He’s tried to kill me!” Lady Lucan said as she burst through the doors of the local pub in her blood-soaked night dress. The Plumber’s Arms was just 30 yards from the Lucans’ home. “I’ve just escaped from being murdered. He’s in the house. He’s murdered the nanny!” The children were still in the house with the murderer, she managed to convey to her audience, but nobody rushed over to save them. Instead, someone at the pub called the police, who rushed to the Lucan home. Lady Lucan, who had collapsed unconscious on the floor, was taken to a nearby hospital.

The police forced open the door to the stately home and began a search. They noticed a lot of blood on the ground floor stairwell. Concerned about the children’s safety, they immediately searched the upper floors. The three Lucan children were found unharmed. Two of the youngest children, Lord Bingham, 7, and Lady Camilla, 4, were asleep in their rooms. Lady Frances, 10, was watching television in a second-floor bedroom.

Police noticed on further inspection of the ground level that the basement door was open. Near the door they found on the floor a twisted, bloody 9-inch piece of lead pipe, wrapped with tape. As police continued their search, they found more blood in the basement breakfast room. Within the blood lay pieces of smashed china. There was an unscrewed light bulb on one of the chairs in the basement, which police suspected the intruder had taken out so that his victim could not see him.

Police also found in the basement a canvas mailbag, lying in a large pool of blood. Inside the bag they found the bloody body of the nanny, Sandra Rivett. She had severe skull injuries on the back of her head.

At about midnight, police went to Lord Lucan’s Elizabeth Street apartment, where he had lived since separating from his wife more than a year earlier. But investigators could not find him.

The Countess' Story

The following evening, police visited the hospital bed of Lady Lucan. She had suffered from shock, loss of blood and seven severe scalp wounds.

She told them that she had been watching television with her daughter that evening in the second-floor bedroom. Sandra had put the two younger children to bed earlier. As she and her daughter Frances watched television, Sandra knocked at the door. It was shortly before 9 p.m.

Sandra asked if they would like some tea, to which the Countess agreed. After about 15 minutes, Lady Lucan said she began to wonder what was keeping Sandra so long. She told investigators that she went downstairs to find the nanny and it was there, near the stairs on the ground floor, that she was brutally attacked. She discussed the struggle in great detail. She was certain that the assailant was her husband, Lord Lucan.

Lady Lucan said that after she grabbed his testicles, she and her husband fell to the ground in a state of exhaustion. According to Lady Lucan, her husband admitted to accidentally killing the nanny. She said that Lord Lucan had mistaken Sandra for his wife since Lady Lucan typically made the evening tea and Sandra usually had Thursday evenings off.

Linda Stratmann, author of Lord Lucan Mystery, writes that Lady Lucan tried to calm her husband down by persuading him that Sandra would not be missed. Lady Lucan told her husband that they could hide the body, and she could tell the police that a burglar was responsible for the attack, according to Stratmann. Fearing for her own life, she agreed to do whatever he wanted. Lord Lucan asked if she had any sleeping pills and suggested that she take some. She agreed to take the pills only if she could lie down for a while in her bed upstairs. The two rose from the floor and went up to the second level, dripping blood along the way. They entered the bedroom where Frances was still absorbed in the television program. In her statement to police, Frances said she noticed that her mother had blood on her face when her parents entered the room. Frances said she was sent to her room.

Lady Lucan stated that they went into the bathroom, where her husband inspected her wounds. She told police that Lord Lucan laid a towel down on the bed for her to rest on. When her husband went to the bathroom for more towels to clean her wounds, she seized that moment to escape. She ran out of the house to the Plumber’s Arms pub nearby.

The Seventh Earl

Richard John Bingham was born on December 18, 1934, to George Bingham, the Sixth Earl of Lucan and Countess Kait Lucan. Richard John Bingham, referred to as John, was the second of four children, including a younger brother and two older sisters. The Lucan children spent most of their youth in the company of maids and nannies. During World War II, they were separated from their parents and initially sent with many other children to the safety of the countryside. Eventually, England was not considered safe enough and the Lucan children were sent to America. While in the United States, the children stayed in luxurious mansions in Florida and New York. War did not prevent them from living the life of royalty. The Lucan children were sent home to England following the war.

While in England, John attended Eton, where he developed an interest in gambling and racing speed boats. The towering young man, who stood 6 feet 4, was handsome and aristocratic looking. In 1953, he joined the National Service as an officer in the Coldsteam Guards. Following his stint in the army, he joined a merchant bank. However, John’s passion for gambling exceeded his interests in business or anything else. He spent a great deal of his free time at the casino tables at the Claremont Club in Berkley Square. In 1960, after winning more than £26,000 in two days, John decided to devote himself full time to gambling. His closest friends referred to him from then on as “Lucky.” Soon after his big win, he left the bank. more

#Trafigura #Macfarlanes : Alleged Bribery Of Eyewitnesses By Trafigura And Macfarlanes

From The Joint Parliamentary Committee on Privacy and Injunctions

1. The Dutch media have aired detailed allegations that a major London law firm, acting on
behalf of Trafigura, offered bribes to witnesses in a civil case being brought in the UK courts
against the company over the toxic dumping incident. Despite the gravity of these
allegations, they have not been reported in the mainstream UK media. Only one outlet – the
magazine Private Eye – has made any mention of them. One journalist has told me explicitly
that they want to run this story but dare not for fear of the legal repercussions.

2. Media outlets outside the UK have consistently reported that the 2006 toxic waste
incident caused at least 15 deaths. In contrast, many UK media articles about the case have
made no mention of this central allegation. In one instance, Trafigura successfully sued the
BBC for libel over the allegation, and in others it was able to secure a retraction. No legal
action has been taken against media outside the UK who have reported on the alleged

3. Trafigura is currently under investigation by the Dutch authorities over an alleged bribe of
466,000 Euros made by Trafigura from its UK bank account to Jamaica’s ruling People’s
National Party (PNP). The Dutch investigation has been widely reported in Jamaica. Yet
despite the fact that the allegedly corrupt payments originated in the UK, our media have

Lord Lucky Lucan :'I helped Lord Lucan flee justice', claims personal assistant to late billionaire John Aspinall

It is one of the world's most enduring murder mysteries.

'I helped Lord Lucan flee justice', claims personal assistant to late billionaire John Aspinall
Lord Lucan at a West End club in London back in 1973 Photo: REX

40 years later and the secret as to why Lord Lucan flew into such a rage remains with Scotland Yard and NOT with the media. An historic part of British history that not even Rupert Murdoch got his grubby little hands on. Lord Lucan found his wife and Sandra Rivett in the exact same compromising situation as Natalie Wood found Robert Wagner, Wood divorced for it,  Lucan killed.

The disappearance of Lord Lucan has fascinated the public for nearly 40 years and led to him being "spotted" as far afield as Australia, India and the wine bars of the Netherlands.
He was even said to be living in a car in New Zealand along with a pet possum called Redfern and a goat named Camilla.
Now the tale of the aristocrat fugitive has taken a new twist after a woman claimed she helped him set up a new life in Africa.
The revelations come from an assistant to Lucan's close friend John Aspinall, the multi-millionaire zoo and casino owner.
She claims that shortly after his disappearance in November 1974 she arranged for his children to fly out to see him and also help fund his new life.
Jill Findlay, whose name has been changed to protect her anonymity, tells a BBC documentary that Lord Lucan was alive and living in Gabon, in west Africa, during the 70s and 80s.

She tells the Inside Out programme how John Aspinall and Sir James Goldsmith instructed her to send Lord Lucan’s two eldest children to Africa, in secret, on second passports in 1979 and 1980.

During his time on the run he was funded by John Aspinall and his close group of friends, she claims.

“Instructions were to make arrangements for John Bingham, also known as Lord Lucan to see his children and to do that I had to book his two eldest children on flights to Africa,” she said.

"It was in Gabon from what I understand, their father would observe them and see them which is what he wanted to do just see how they were growing up and look at them from a distance”
Also interviewed in the programme is Detective Inspector Robert Polkinghorne of the Metropolitan Police who was in charge of the Lucan case during the 1980s.

DI Polkinghorne tells of two very credible sightings of Lucan, one of which was in Africa in the 80s, but explains how he was refused funding for further investigations.

Nicknamed "Lucky Lucan", the Right Honourable Richard John Bingham, the 7th Earl of Lucan, was a keen gambler and the member of a high society set which included Sir James, the late billionaire, and Aspinall.

His children's nanny, Sandra Rivett, was found murdered at the London home of the earl's estranged wife in November 1974.

The attacker then turned on Lady Lucan, beating her severely before she managed to escape and raise the alarm at a nearby pub.

Later that night Lucan, then 39, fled to the home of friends in Sussex and shortly afterwards disappeared.

His car was found abandoned at Newhaven, East Sussex, and he was never seen again.
It was believed that the earl was able to flee the country with the help of well-placed Establishment friends.

Since his disappearance dozens of people have claimed to have seen or met him at locations around the globe.

He has reportedly been sighted in Australia, Ireland, South Africa, Mozambique and the Netherlands.

In 1974, Australian police arrested a man they believed might be Lucan, but he turned out to be a Labour MP, John Stonehouse, who had faked his suicide a month before.

In 2003 a former Scotland Yard detective claimed that an ageing hippy living in Goa, India, was Lucan.

It later emerged that the bearded man — who bore a resemblance to the vanished aristocrat — was Barry Halpin, also known as "Jungly Barry", a well-known figure on the 1960s British folk music circuit.

In 2004, Scotland Yard reopened the Lucan case so they could examine existing police evidence using DNA profiling.

They prepared a computer-generated image of how Lucan would look if he were still alive.
Finally five years ago, the finger of suspicion pointed to an Englishman in New Zealand called Roger Woodgate, who lived in a 1974 Land Rover with a cat, goat and possum.

He admitted that he had arrived in the country in the same year as Lucan disappeared but also pointed out he was 10 years younger and five inches shorter.

Other people, including his wife, Veronica, are convinced that he drowned himself in the Channel.

In his absence Lucan was found guilty of the murder of Sandra Rivett by a Coroner's Jury in 1975.

He was officially declared dead in 1999.

He is also known for his Diplom thesis presenting one of the first public implementations of a telephone with built-in voice encryption, the "Cryptophon".

Floricic's pseudonym was a reference to the eponymous character in the 1982 Disney film Tron.

Floricic was interested in defeating computer security mechanisms; amongst other hacks, he broke the security of the German phonecard and produced working clones.

He was subsequently sentenced to 15 months in jail for the physical theft of a public phone (for reverse engineering purposes) but the sentence was suspended on probation.

From December 2005 to January 2006, media attention was drawn to Floricic when his parents and Andy Müller-Maguhn brought legal action in Germany against the Wikimedia Foundation and its German chapter Wikimedia Deutschland e.V. MI6 Agent Gareth Williams: Inquest To Take Place In April

THE inquest into the death of MI6 spy Gareth Williams will take place in April.
Codebreaker Mr Williams, 31, from Valley, was found dead locked in a sports bag at his central London flat in August 2010.

A major investigation by the Metropolitan Police has failed to establish what led to his death.
Now Westminster Coroner’s Court has said that a pre-inquest review will take place on March 29, with a full inquest to follow three weeks later.

The inquest is expected to last four days.

It will be held by Westminster coroner Dr Fiona Wilcox at Horseferry Road Coroner’s Court in London.

The review will establish who will give evidence and also in what form, with some evidence given "in camera" to protect the identities of Mr Williams’ former colleagues at MI6.

Former Ysgol Uwchradd Bodedern pupil Mr Williams was a gifted mathematician who attained a first class degree in maths aged just 17.

He began work at the Government Communications HQ in Cheltenham before being seconded to MI6 for a year.

His death attracted worldwide attention and huge speculation over how he died and if it was linked to his work as a spy with MI6 or his private life.

#PrattGate : Christine Pratt Bullying Helpline SCAM

The National Bullying Helpline (Charity) is inextricably linked to HR & Diversity Management Limited (a commercial business). They were both set up by the same person, Christine Pratt. One client received and followed her advice after calling the National Bullying Helpline which resulted in Pratt, through HR & Diversity Management Ltd, working for her client's employer and writing a report that condemned her client. This post spells out some of the reasons the client fell for it:

Under the section for Employees, the
NBH website says:
"Would you rather have an independent investigator look into your grievance or appeal - or a manager at work? If you want to request an independent, impartial, investigation - call us."
Bear in mind the National Bullying Helpline does not conduct investigations - these are done by HR & Diversity Management Ltd. So the National Bullying Helpline is promoting the commercial services of HR & Diversity Management Ltd. The latter is neither a charity, a trade union nor a law firm, and it is not authorised (by the Ministry of Justice under the Claims Management Regulations 2006) to advise individuals on their potential claims.

If you call the National Bullying Helpline for advice because you think you are being bullied at work, you may be told that you need to write out your grievance and give it to your employer, and that the fairest way to have your grievance dealt with is for HR & Diversity Management to conduct an independent investigation. If you're lucky, you'll be advised by the CEO and founder, Christine Pratt. You will likely be sent some printable material including a "what to do guide" and a "step by step guide" more

Who Killed Brian Jones ?

It is now forty years since Brian Jones’ demise, where (dependent upon one’s sources) he either drowned or was murdered. No-one that was around the Stones at the time and none of the Stones’ musicians, have ever offered a public opinion as to what happened to Brian. His death has been “shrouded in mystery” and characterised by police incompetence, an absurd and inadequate coronial enquiry, and very little sympathy from anyone other than his band mates and his immediate family. No-one, it seems, wishes to go “on the record” concerning Brian, and now (apparently) the police have new evidence regarding Brian’s death. There is a possibility that the original police investigation will be re-opened. The original police enquiry was a farrago of incompetence that makes the keystone cops looks  positively professorial. It’s time for people to say what they think.

Brian Jones was murdered. Of this there is little doubt. He was not murdered by the man who was in charge of the building work at Brian’s farm, a gentleman by the name of Thorogood who is popularly credited by conspiracy theorists with doing the deed.  He was almost certainly murdered by the very man whose role it was to protect him, Tom Keylock. The man who less than forty eight hours after the murder, emptied the house of its valuable contents, and burnt substantial amounts of papers and personal items of Brian Jones on a bonfire in the front more

Just for the record Honestman, Keylock first tried to say Jones might have died of an asthma attack, the autopsy ruled this out. It was said he was drunk. The autopsy said he had the equivalent of 31/2 pints of beer in his system. He was prescribed Mandrax ( as sleeping tablets), valium, Medihaler (for asthma), and Durophet (back bombers) probably to help lose weight. His doctor,Dr. Greenburgh, said Jones's drug requirements were becoming less and he had shown considerable improvement. A fairly large quantity of an amphetamine like substance was found in his urine. One of the officers on scene found five Durophet capsules in Thorogood's coat pocket. (Jones was only prescribed ten by his doctor.) When asked, Thorogood said he was "holding them for Brian." The officer told him he was sending them away to be analyzed and he would need to speak with him when he got back the results. He was warned. Thorogood was only warned...

As of late afternoon Feb. 8, Bill Hanshumaker, a public marine specialist and (Ph.D) doctor of marine science at the Hatfield Marine Science Center in nearby Newport, told Huliq in an interview that, “I don’t know what they are.” In turn, Doctor Hanshumaker said he’s advised “surf monitoring” about these strange metal boxes that suddenly appeared along local beaches Feb. 6, and now seem to be multiplying like Star Trek “Tribbles.”

The photograph that accompanies this report – taken during the afternoon of Feb. 8 near Bray’s Point -- of yet another strange metal box stuck in the surf up is one of a possible group of a dozen or more that have been sited up and down West Coast beaches.

Meanwhile, the British government also photographed similar huge metal boxes on beaches in Sri Lanka in the late 1990’s and in early 2004 and 2005. The discovery of the boxes is detailed in updated previously classified reports from the British government that document sightings of unidentified flying objects by both the military and the general public dating back to the more

#Israel & U.S United In Terrorism -U.S. Implausibly Denies Role In Israeli Terror Squads

The British Daily Mail published a stunning admission by "US officials" that Israel is indeed funding, training, arming, and working directly with US State Department listed terrorist organization, the People's Mujahedin of Iran, also known as Mujahedeen e-Khalq (MEK).

The Daily Mail article states, "U.S. officials confirmed today that Israel has been funding and training Iranian dissidents to assassinate nuclear scientists involved in Iran's nuclear program." The article continues by claiming, "Washington insiders confirmed there is a close relationship between Mossad and MEK, according to NBC, but said the U.S. was not involved."

Of course, this is an overt lie, exposed by 3-4 years of documented collaboration between the United States and MEK, including an extensive conspiracy formulated within US policy think-tank Brookings Institution's 2009
"Which Path to Persia?" report, proposing to fully arm, train, and back MEK as it waged a campaign of armed terror against the Iranian people.

In their report, they openly conspire to use what is an admitted terrorist organization as a "US proxy" (emphasis added):
Perhaps the most prominent (and certainly the most controversial) opposition group that has attracted attention as a potential U.S. proxy is the NCRI (National Council of Resistance of Iran), the political movement established by the MEK (Mujahedin-e Khalq). Critics believe the group to be undemocratic and unpopular, and indeed anti-American.

In contrast, the group’s champions contend that the movement’s long-standing opposition to the Iranian regime and record of successful attacks on and intelligence-gathering operations against the regime make it worthy of U.S. support. They also argue that the group is no longer anti-American and question the merit of earlier accusations. Raymond Tanter, one of the group’s supporters in the United States, contends that the MEK and the NCRI are allies for regime change in Tehran and also act as a useful proxy for gathering intelligence. The MEK’s greatest intelligence coup was the provision of intelligence in 2002 that led to the discovery of a secret site in Iran for enriching more

The FBI File On Steve Jobs

Gareth Williams death described as a "neat job" - understood to be code name for a professional killing.

Gareth Williams

When they entered the bathroom, officers described finding a suitcase with red liquid seeping out."

The evidence obtained by Channel 4 News from the day the MI6 employee was found dead in his central London flat suggests that reports that he was secretly gay or owed bondage equipment are untrue.

The evidence also suggests his mobile phone sim cards were not arranged in a "ritualistic" way and there were no numbers for male escort agencies on them.

This, Channel 4 News understands, is what the police know about the death of the MI6 code breaker, contrary to the speculation which has been in other reports which is apparently based on MI6 briefings.

Channel 4 News reporter James Blake said none of the sexual links or mobile phone details were mentioned in the official police despatch for that day, the CAD.

He also said: "Officers did not touch the body so they were not sure, but one said the apparent murder was a 'neat job', a phrase used by police for a professional killing."
After the police left, the building was locked down and MI5 and MI6 officials rushed to the scene.

The family of code breaker Gareth Williams broke their silence to say they have found speculation over whether his sex life could be linked to his death "very distressing".

Police are still working to establish the cause of Mr Williams' death. They confirmed that he was last seen eight days before his corpse was discovered stuffed into a bag in his flat. His body was discovered on Monday after the police went to do a "welfare check" on him, after a GCHQ colleague sounded the alarm when he was not seen at more

Gareth Williams : #Hackgate Has Revealed Deep Corruption Within Scotland Yard And How They SELL ON Information To Rupert Murdoch's Criminal Organization

Oddly enough The Times will be running a story this Sunday on Gareth Williams entitled ' The Body In The Bag' how original !

Gareth Williams : The Perfect Murder

It is nearly two weeks since the body of MI6 code-breaker Gareth Williams was found padlocked in a sports bag in his flat, and normally by now police would be hoping to make an announcement of an arrest.

Scotland Yard detectives have been working closely with MI6 agents to uncover the truth about how the maths genius and cipher expert was found dead, apparently without a single mark on his body.

Yet, far from nearing a breakthrough in the inquiry, the Standard understands that detectives are increasingly frustrated at the course the investigation is taking.

In a twist that could come from the plot of a Sherlock Holmes story, it is understood that officers can find no obvious sign that anyone else was in the flat at the time of his death.

The conclusion, if proved, raises the possibility that Williams died alone or, alternatively, his killer was so skilful that he left no clues; he — or possibly even they — may have committed the perfect murder.

One highly respected pathologist told the Standard today it was possible that the cause of his death may never be fully known.

Police officers were first called to Williams's home — the top-floor flat of a MI6 “safe house” in Alderney Street, Pimlico — at approximately 6.30pm on Monday, August 23, when his MI6 employers became concerned for his “welfare” after he failed to turn up for work.

In the large en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom, officers found a large red hold-all in the bath, containing William's curled-up body. The bag, believed to be from the North Face adventure company, had been padlocked from the outside and placed in the bath tub.

(However, there are media reports that Williams was covered with a liquid  (not water) to enhance decay , maybe this should not have been reported ?)

Yet what puzzled detectives was that nothing else seemed out of place in the £400,000 flat which Mr Williams had rented for a year while on secondment to M16 from Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ). There was no sign of a struggle, forced entry or theft; everything was “spotless” and in order, according to one officer who has been inside.

Personal possessions — including two iPhones and Sim cards — had been laid out neatly on a table. There were laptops, one an expensive Apple Mac.

So far pathologists have carried out two post-mortems, but both have failed to establish how Williams died, though the examination was complicated by the fact that the body was said to be in an “advanced state of decay”.

What is known, however, is that Williams, a 31-year-old cycling fanatic, had not been shot or stabbed and did not appear to have been strangled.

Detectives must now wait for the results of numerous toxicology tests to find out whether he was drugged, poisoned or even smothered.

Detectives and specialists working on the case know that asphyxiation is sometimes difficult to trace and privately fear the possibility that an exact cause of death may never be found and thereby denying them one of the most important clues for solving any murder investigation.

Dr Stuart Hamilton, one of 36 Home Office pathologists covering England and
Wales, said that some more subtle forms of asphyxiation left few marks and therefore sometimes could not be discovered.

The Scotland Yard inquiry into Williams's death has focused on several main strands, including the scene at his flat when officers first arrived, and tracing the code-breaker's movements in the days before he is thought to have died.

In suspicious cases such as these, the police will also look into the dead person's background, but, it is understood, Williams's preference for keeping his personal life a secret from colleagues, family and friends has made this task incredibly difficult.

Detectives hold out hope that someone will come forward with information to help them piece together Williams's “four mystery days” between Wednesday, August 11, when he was in
London and spoke to his sister Ceri Subbe on the phone, and Sunday, August 15 — the last time he was seen alive.

Ceri, a physiotherapist in Wrexham, raised the alarm after her brother failed to return her calls and has since travelled to London to help police.

Officers, extremely sensitive to the Williams family grief, nonetheless are of the view that the riddle of how Williams died most probably lies with his private life — even though there are no firm leads in that direction nearly two weeks after his death. His parents, who live in
Anglesey, describe their son as extremely reserved but they are adamant he was not gay.

Rumours that bondage gear and gay escort agency numbers were found at Williams's flat have been flatly denied by his family, who say these more lurid claims may be smears, intended to discredit him.

There are reports that he frequented a gay bar near the MI6 headquarters in Vauxhall, but detectives can find no trace of a boyfriend, or girlfriend, and there is nothing to suggest he was a secret drinker or drug taker.

In fact, the opposite is true: Williams lived for his job and his cycling, regularly riding with his father around Anglesey and in local competitions with his club.

One line of inquiry is that Mr Williams died in an accident, a sex game that went wrong perhaps. But police say that if this was so why is it taking so long to find the “suspect”, who, if he panicked and fled the scene, should have left clues to his identity.

Police have combed the flat for fingerprints and DNA and searched CCTV in the area, but they are not believed to have identified a prime suspect. They are also sifting through his Sim cards to trace every call he made, but still have not found a motive.

One detective said: “The fact that no one has come forward could mean that no one was there. It could mean someone is frightened or it could be more sinister.”

Police have spoken to colleagues in MI6 and examined Williams's bank accounts for details of extraordinary payments, but again they have found nothing suspicious.

Williams's skills as a cipher expert and code-breaker were so highly valued that he regularly travelled — it is rumoured to
Afghanistan to monitor codes between the Taliban, and to America, where he liaised with the National Security Agency and the CIA.

Of course, the possibility remains that he was the target of a foreign espionage agency, and murdered with a deadly toxin or even gas unidentifiable by toxicologists, but two weeks on, Scotland Yard is not even classifying Williams's death as murder. And if it is murder, it is one executed without trace.

Three experts look at the next stage

Nigel McCrery

A former murder squad detective who devised the
BBC1 drama Silent Witness, McCrery said the pathologist would be vital in solving the mystery surrounding the death of Gareth Williams. “That's the only person who can really give an indication to police in cases like this,” he said. “If the case isn't solved within 48 hours, the chance of it being solved goes down by 70 per cent. After that it's foot-slogging and good old-fashioned detective work.
“The first thing is to establish where he died. If he is naked, where are his clothes? Has anything disappeared from his flat? There is a famous adage that every contact leaves a trace. I think there is a very good chance it will get solved. I don't think it's anything to do with the Russians or spies — perhaps it was a sexual encounter that got out of hand (Williams's family has denied he led a homosexual lifestyle). People are fascinated by other people's lives. It's also a puzzle — we are great puzzle-solvers. That is why
Dr Stuart Hamilton
Home Office pathologist
One of 36 Home Office pathologists covering England and Wales, Dr Hamilton said a key factor would be the state of the decomposition of the body.
“The worse the state of the body, the less likely it is that the post-mortem will be conclusive,” said Dr Hamilton. “We will tend to get all of the trappings' — the clothes and any possessions — that were found with the body. All of these things can help you work through to what the police are asking: is this a homicide or not? But a body in a bag is suspicious. Sometimes you just have to conclude that you can't identify a cause of death. Figures show that one case in 20 will not yield a cause of death at autopsy, although my experience is that it's considerably lower than that.”

Is there the perfect crime? “I have no doubt that they happen. I suspect that people are poisoned subtly, but that won't be picked up if there is an autopsy without a toxicology report. People could be getting smothered without others ever knowing about it. I try to frighten my trainees by telling them I have done 2,500 to 3,000 autopsies and there is probably a homicide I have missed. But you have to be pretty smart to get one past us.”

David BlackNovelist
The writer who based his book The Great Satan on his 11 years in the SAS said that nerve gas should be counted among the possible causes of death.
“I know for a fact that one of the security services around the world made inquiries to see if they could get hold of paintballs filled with nerve gas,” he said. “If you were going to assassinate somebody, there are a couple of options. The guy could just disappear. The next one is to make it look like an accident. If you push a guy down the stairs and break his neck, when he hits the ground, the chances are it will look like an accident.

“We don't know yet how Gareth Williams died. They didn't find any blows to his head. He must have been dead when they put him in the bag — but why put him in there? If it is some bizarre poison that some secret service in the world has developed, that will be a big clue to why he was killed. That is if he was killed at all. Secret services will kill to defend their own secrets — we will and so will everybody else. Was it our own people that did it? Who knows? If there was such a thing as a perfect crime, we would never know. If it's a matter of national security, nothing is beyond being swept under the carpet.”
Ross Lydall
Agatha Christie was so successful. It is a bit like an episode of Silent Witness meets Spooks.”
